More than 300 participants from Australia and overseas were involved in this event making it one of the largest Australian space events in the country.

The South Australia Space Forum has become a pinnacle event on the space calendar – promoting growth of South Australia’s space economy and increasing awareness of the space sector as an innovative area in which to invest.

The event also provides an important opportunity for collaboration across the local, national and international space industry sectors. Please find enclosed the final program from the day. There were a number of highlights at the 5th South Australia Space Forum, including:

  • Record attendance of over 300 local and international guests, an indication of the momentum building behind South Australia’s space industry
  • Eight international guest speakers, including representatives from UAE Space Agency, German Aerospace Centre (DRL), Airbus and Italy’s e-GEOS
  • #SASpaceForum trending in fourth position on Twitter in Australia
