The University of South Australia’s Innovation & Collaboration Centre (ICC) has opened global applications for its Venture Catalyst Space program in 2022.

Part of the South Australian Government’s Space Innovation Fund, the Venture Catalyst Space program supports start-up activities to develop and grow innovative or disruptive ideas in the space sector, providing tailored support, mentoring and access to Uni SA networks and resources.

Now in its fourth year, the program is supporting South Australia’s space industry to grow and contributing to the state’s vision of building on the opportunities of NewSpace.

Each company received funding, workshops, mentoring and were introduced to key Australian space industry contacts.

Venture Catalyst Space is the first space-dedicated accelerator and incubator program of its kind, with local start-ups as well as companies across the global space industry encouraged to apply. Applications close on 28 November 2021.
