The next generation of South Australia’s space entrepreneurs are invited to apply for the next round of Space Scholarships to propel them into a career in the space industry.

The South Australian Space Industry Centre (SASIC) is calling on emerging entrepreneurs and innovators to apply for the latest round of funding from the Space Scholarship Program.

Up-and-coming South Australian space leaders can apply for scholarships of up to $20,000 to develop their leadership skills, experience and knowledge in the space sector through education and training that will help to launch their careers in the state’s booming space sector.

“These world-class facilities, along with South Australia’s ecosystem of over 80 innovative start-ups, companies, research institutions and advocacy foundations, cement the state as a global leader in space and I look forward to seeing the kinds of opportunities we can offer aspiring space entrepreneurs as a result.”

“Growing the future space workforce and cultivating the next generation of leaders to ensure the continued success of South Australia’s space industry is a key priority under the South Australia Growth State Space Sector Strategy, and the Space Scholarship Program will equip our brightest minds the skills, knowledge and passion to forge meaningful careers in space and carry on our ambitions for South Australia to be a leader in space.”
