Unique Selling Points
Hendon is the only facility in Australia to offer electronic assemblies of alumina ceramic substrate. Alumina substrate are made from aluminum oxide ceramic. The ruggedness, insulation, efficient heat dissipation properties of alumina substrate makes its suitable for space application. This technology also allow circuit miniaturization as passive components such as resistors and capacitors can be printed directly.
Complete in-house engineering design, tester development and manufacturing ensure products are optimised for manufacture. With the latest capability of producing bare PCB (rigid and flex) at Hendon ensures IP are maintained internally. This provide Hendon the capability to adapt to customer changes and demands quickly.
